The German Advertising Film Producers is a strong community with over 100 members. We focus on their goals – giving every single individual a voice and acting as a strong advocate for their interests.
We provide advice on all the challenges which today’s film production companies face – drafting of contracts; terms of payment and infringement of rights. We offer support which includes specific recommendations for action; establish industry standards in cooperation with the German Advertisers’ Alliance (GWA), the Organisation of Brand Advertisers (OWM) and other relevant industry associations; and provide legal assistance.
In addition to this, we organise experience-sharing events and regular workshops and give our members exclusive discounts on services. All within the framework of a cooperative environment. Members also benefit from our partnership with the CFP-E, the federation of all European advertising production associations, which sets international production standards.
Just as in all good communities, we work together to achieve our goals, allowing us to provide every one of our members with effective support.
The reference book describes in detail the preparations for a commercial shoot as well as the production process itself and provides guidance on difficult topics such as contracts, conditions, taxes and insurance. A chapter is also devoted to environmentally and climate-friendly production, which is increasingly in demand.
